Data, purposes and legal bases
Website delivery and security
Vercel, our hosting provider, processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information. Our legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.
Vercel Web Analytics
We collect anonymous, aggregated visit data including the page visited, timestamp, referrer, approximate location, device type, operating system and browser. Analytics uses no cookies and does not track a person between websites; its visitor-session hash is discarded after 24 hours. Our legal basis is the legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.

Email enquiries
When you contact us, we process your email address, any name you provide, and the content and history of the correspondence so we can respond and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in business communication.
Recipients and transfers
Vercel provides hosting and analytics, while Google provides business email. These providers process data under our instructions and their own legal obligations. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area using applicable contractual and other safeguards.
Retention
Technical data is kept only as long as needed for delivery, security and troubleshooting under provider settings. Aggregated analytics data is available for the contracted Vercel reporting period, while the visitor-session hash is discarded after 24 hours. Correspondence is retained while an enquiry is active and afterwards only as required for contractual, legal or claims-related purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise your rights, email info@goldfinger.hr.
If you believe processing is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
